The focus area Informatievoorziening Student en Onderwijs (Student and Education Information Provisioning) is undergoing rapid developments. Institutions choose to provide new forms of education, and the way in which students undertake their studies is changing as well. Moreover, the Dutch universities and universities of applied science are confronted with continually changing legislation as well as changing collaborations. The core educational processes and all sorts of administrative processes are increasingly becoming interwoven. In short: information provisioning needs to take all of this into account.
SURFfoundation pursues various activities in the field of this provision of information, aimed at the development of a strategic vision for Student and Education Information Provisioning.
