Subsidiaries: SURFnet and SURFdiensten
SURFs two subsidiaries, SURFnet and SURFdiensten, are responsible for carrying out the policy on infrastructure facilities and software licences for higher education. Both organizations are in full ownership of the SURF Foundation holding company.
An Executive Council is appointed by the Shareholders Meeting of SURFnet and SURFdiensten. The Council has the same members for both organizations. The executive president is appointed for a period of three year, with a maximum of three terms.
