Study Choice 123
The umbrella organisations in the field of higher education VSNU, HBO-Raad and PAEPON, together with the student organisations LSVb and ISO have taken a joint decision to set up “Study Choice 123” (Studiekeuze123). The organisations referred to have formed the “Study Choice 123 Administrative Partnership”, which will focus on ensuring the provision of clear information on higher education programmes. Such information is needed because if students are better informed when deciding on what to study, fewer of them will end up dropping out. This will help bring about the increase that the country needs in the number of graduates.
The Study Choice 123 Administrative Partnership is responsible for decision-making and content-related management. A representative of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science will act as an observer within the partnership. SURFfoundation will act as the executive and secretarial body as regards the further development of Study Choice 123.
