General Board
SURF's General Board is responsible for the strategic vision on the future use of ICT, it's influence on education and SURFs role in it. The General Board confirms SURFs Strategic Plan, Year Plans and Reports. The General Board meets two times a year.
The General Board consists of maximum 34 members, which represent 5 groupings.
Chairman
SURFs independent chairman (General and Executive Board) is appointed for a period of two years, with a maximum of three terms.
