SURFfoundation initiates, orchestrates and drives innovation in ICT through knowledge-sharing, incentive programmes, and partnerships.

Digital Rights

Innovations in e-Learning and e-Science are frequently hampered by digital rights issues. SURFfoundation provides advice and support for higher education and research regarding digital rights.

E-Learning

Facilitating and stimulating the use of ICT in Dutch higher education and research.

Identity Management

It is perfectly normal nowadays to be able to access the Web and e-mail wherever you may be, but unauthorised access to information and applications must be prevented. SURFfoundation helps institutions to achieve the highest possible level of security.

Higher education institutions and researchers want systems, procedures, and applications that allow them to exchange information. SURFfoundation promotes the development and use of standards to make this possible.

SURFfoundation in general
